Inheritance

My mother made this Indian headband from thin air; for a bored Ruben during a long wait in a reception.
She borrowed a pair of scissors.
She cut out the the feathers from flyers.
No selotape? No problem.
She cut off the sticky flap of brown envelopes, stuck them round into a circle then stuck on the feathers.

Can you tell that my mother had four children and drove London-Lisbon and back with all of them in the back of a Volkswagen beetle?
