Randomness

I really really want to learn Sign language.

The best money I ever made in my life was busking in Covent Garden on my violin aged 12 at Christmas. I made about £25 in 45 minutes. That would be good money even now.

I appear in Derek Jarman's film Glitterbug for about 4 seconds. I haven't seen it.

I can't drive.

On my last plane journey, after going to the WC, I had the toilet paper caught in my trousers, dangling down like a white tail, whilst walking down the aisle back to my seat. If you ever want to entertain a full aeroplane at once that's how to do it.

What I long for most in the world at present is to camp out under the stars.

I cry easily.

I have lots of moles. I'd like to tattoo numbers next to some moles on my back, to be a "join the dots puzzle".

I have a little jar with stitches removed from my leg when I was about 4 years old. I remember the ambulance man bandaging my knee saying he tied bows for girls and knots for boys.

This was a tag from Mary Jo at Five Green Acres. I'm not going to tag others because I don't want them to despise me as much as I now despise Mary Jo. Though you do need to pity her the bugs. And ticks.

Ooh. Ouch. It couldn't have been that bad...

Did I read in a previous post of yours that you all had lice? Something about vinegar? I think we may have lice, too, on top of all the other bugs. Does this make you feel better?

I'll know you'll have forgiven me if you can send some handy lice tips my way...

For now, we're all on the Salad Team, rinsing our hair with straight-up apple cider vinegar. Please help.

this gave me a good laugh...just BECAUSE i know how difficult it is to find something to make somebody smile.....

What is the problem with sleeping under the stars....are they not visible where you live??
I can remember a situation years ago in South-Italy where I sat on the roof of a house and the stars were so close...I really felt part of the universe..but it also made me feel like I lost my grip...

I have a friend who is so afraid of her lots of moles, that she lets them cut off regularly by a doctor...now she can tatoo her scars.

Thanks for bringing yourself to do this ;))

Hey Mary Jo
Of course I enjoyed it. But it did make me nervous! I'll ask my psychotherapist...
Nits: The most important thing to know is their cycle; eggs hatch after about 7 days. They can only lay about week after that. So kill/comb then repeat 8-10 days later to catch any newly hatched lice. I killed with tea-tree oil in shampoo, left on for 20 mins, with towel wrapped round hair. Comb has to be with proper nit comb, lots of conditioner.

Maybe wash pillow cases, but they can't live long off the head. http://www.nitpickers.com.au/lifecycle_poster.php
GOOD LUCK. It's lousy!

Ushci - stars in London are faint and grey. My theory is that city people are more arrogant, they can't see the stars and so aren't humbled. I want to feel small beneath the fundament. I want to be lost for hours in a fabric or night sky :-)

Was the toiletpaper used or not?

I love your humor and your way you express yourself! Think this was the best random-lists I´ve come across.
Do you ever miss driving? In Stockholm many youth don´t get a drivers lisence. I´ld LOVE to camp under the stars too - very much!!!! Also I can inform you that I dislike tatoos but am found of your tatoo-idea. And I wonder, would you like earning more than £25 in 45 minutes? You are sooooo gifted and talented and you could easily, if you wanted, I think.

hey olga, seeing as you asked, yes the paper was used, but luckily just a little pee. Could have been so much worse!
I have so little money at present. Talents maybe but no perseverance, no real skill. Or I don't know how to sell it! thank you for your ever positive comments*

Anna - it doesn't work any more. you have to be under 125cm, and have two plaits. Honest. I've tried!

Sell articles for magaines? You´re a SKILLED writer. My ex-husband got 1000 dollars for just one (long) article 19 years ago. You write much better than he did!
